Appearing pro se, plaintiff brought this action against defendants, the mayor and councilmen of the City of Senoia, seeking a writ of mandamus, or, alternatively, a declaration that a city ordinance is “ill conceived, confusing, detrimental and unconstitutional” and should be repealed.
