CALABRESI, Circuit Judge:
Steven, Theodore, and Dorothy Statha-ros appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (John S. Martin, Jr., J.) denying their application for a preliminary injunction barring enforcement of financial disclosure requirements set forth in a regulation promulgated by the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (the “Commission”) for shareholders, officers, and directors of corporations owning taxi medallions.
We affirm.
