BENAVIDES, Circuit Judge:

Troy A. Lawrence appeals the district court’s denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus and his motion for reconsideration of that denial. We affirm.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, Lawrence moved the district court to vacate his conviction and sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) for using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime.
