This is an appeal from an order of the District Court, sitting as probate court, for the sale of ten shares of stock and the ap*985plication of the proceeds of such sale to the payment of debts of an estate.

At the outset we áre confronted with a motion to dismiss this appeal, on the ground that the transcript of record was not filed in this court within the sixty-day period prescribed by rule 15.
