Santaella, J.), entered on or about October 22, 1992, which, inter alia, denied appellant’s motion for summary judgment on his cross-claims against respondent, unanimously modified, on the law and the facts to the extent of granting appellant summary judgment on his contractual indemnification cross-claim, and in all other respects affirmed without costs.
