In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiffs are seeking a determination that an obligation from Peter A. Tadisch (“debtor”), to his three minor children arising out of a marital settlement agreement and incorporated into a judgment of divorce is a nondis-chargeable debt. Sandra Tadisch, a co-debt- or and the current spouse of debtor, was also named as a defendant in this case. At the trial, the court granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss Sandra Tadisch from this case because no relief was sought against her. The court also dismissed all claims…
