MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES D. WALKER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Debtor’s Objection to Claim for past due rent. This Chapter 13 case was filed by Rowland Scott, III (“Debtor”) on July 17, 1996. Subsequently, a proof of claim for failure to pay rent was filed by Robert L. Melvin and Vickie Melvin (“Creditors”). On September 20, 1996, Creditors filed a Motion for Relief from Stay which was granted by the Court on November 12, 1996.
