This is an interlocutory appeal from an order of the trial court granting only part of the relief requested by the plaintiff-appellant, Reading & Bates Construction Co., against defendants, Hugh W. O’Donnell, Donald Harden, Baker Energy Resources Co. and Baker Marine Corp. (hereinafter O’Donnell, Harden, Baker and Baker Marine, respectively, or appellees, collectively).
