The Western Union Telegraph Company filed in the McCracken County Court a condemnation suit against the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company and the Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Railway Company to condenm a right of way for a telegraph line over and along the right of way of the two railway companies under section 4679a, Kentucky Statutes.
