The plaintiff-appellee filed her declaration in assumpsit in the circuit court of the first circuit of the Territory against Charles H. Gray, administrator of the estate of George Malin, alias George Maliu, alias George Maliu Kanaeholo, deceased, defendant, and Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, garnishee.
