(1) This tax belongs to Penn township; it was levied in April 1909, under the provisions of section 10,326, laws 1907, p. 419, and sec. 10,327, R. S. 1899. This section was repealed by sec. 19, p. 876-, Laws 1909, being sec. 11,767, R. S. 1909. It provides that the township board of directors, at the regular meeting in April of each year, shall assess, etc.
