The plaintiff is a carpenter and for the purpose of seeking employment on January 28, 1908, he entered the bakery building of Bauer Brothers on Penn avenue, in the City of Pittsburgh. At the time of the accident in which he was injured, the building was in course of erection, nearly completed, and was closed to the public by temporary doors.
