The plaintiffs, Granville Beach Condominium Association and certain individual condominium owners (owners), brought suit against the defendants, Granville Beach Condominiums, Inc., and others involved in converting an apartment building into condominiums (developers). The owners also sued R.R. Rasmussen & Associates, the architect which prepared certain portions of the condominium disclosure documents.
