OPINION

¶ {1} Defendant-appellant Alonzo Ransome appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court granting a civil stalking protection order against him in favor of plaintiff-appellee Norma Caban. The issue is whether there was some competent, credible evidence on the elements of menacing by stalking, which is a prerequisite for granting a civil stalking protection order.
