Gary Ward Greenich and Donald Nicholas Fetzner file consolidated appeals, at No. 902 Pittsburgh 1991 and No. 903 Pittsburgh 1991, from the judgments of sentence entered against them by the trial court. Their pre-trial proceedings were consolidated but their trials were severed. Greenich was *553convicted, by a jury, of obscene and other sexual materials and performances.1 He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of six to twenty-three months and ordered to pay a fine of $3,500.00.
