Andrew Amsel (“Amsel”) appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the Texas Water Development Board, and Melanie Callahan in her official capacity (collectively, “TWDB”). Amsel sued for disability discrimination under Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and Rehabilitation Act, for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and for retaliation under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”).
