This is a suit in equity, brought by plaintiff, a married woman, to have a deed conveying to defendant a house and lot on East Sixtieth street, which had been used by her and her family as their residence or dwelling, declared null and void, and reconveyed to her, upon the ground that she was induced to make the conveyance by misrepresentation, duress, and fraud. Some stress is laid upon the circumstance that this property was originally given to plaintiff by her husband, and it is suggested that no injustice will result if it should be appropriated to the payment of his debts.
