In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for false arrest, the defendant Christine Muro appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (O’Rourke, J.), entered March 18, 2008, as granted that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was to preclude certain testimony and evidence and denied her cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her and to disqualify the plaintiffs attorney.
