Appellant-plaintiff filed this negligence action against appelleedefendant to recover damages for injuries he received while a patient at a hospital operated by appellee. In preparation for trial, the trial court ordered counsel for appellant to prepare and submit the plaintiff’s portion of the pre-trial order to opposing counsel by September 7, 1987, and to appear at the pre-trial conference on September 10, 1987.
