I. Introduction

On November 5, 2003, the Defendant, David Cadieux moved to suppress certain evidence in this matter. On November 25, 2003, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B), this Court referred the Motion to Suppress to United States Magistrate Judge Margaret Kravchuk to conduct hearings and submit proposed findings of fact and recommendations for disposition.
