OPINION

{¶ 1} Adam W. Burkhart appeals from a judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas which found him guilty of domestic violence and sentenced him to ninety days of house arrest. For the following reasons, we affirm.

{¶ 3} The record reflects Ms. Katherine Carter, Mr. Burkhart's mother-in-law, had custody of Mr. Burkhart's and her daughter's two children, due to her daughter's incarceration for an offense unrelated to the instant case.
