Suit was brought by appellants C. P. Hill and wife, Jennie Hill, against Taylor county, the county judge, the county commissioners, and a road contractor, seeking to enjoin them from entering upon a certain tract of land belonging to Jennie Hill and constructing, operating, and maintaining a public road thereon. The proceedings of the appellees were based upon the authority conferred by articles 6705 to 6710 of the Revised Civil Statutes 1925.
