Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Feldman, J.), rendered May 10, 1989, convicting him of murder in the second degree and robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that he was deprived of a fair trial because the People failed to disclose until trial that certain prosecution witnesses would testify under grants of immunity from the District Attorney’s office.
