*1155In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Gregory S. Salem and Harvey M. Salem appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Baisley, J.), entered January 17, 2006, as granted that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was for summary judgment against them on the issue of liability.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment against the defendants Gregory S. Salem and Harvey M. Salem on the issue of…
