On March 26, 1958, appellant was granted an interlocutory decree of divorce on her cross-complaint against respondent. The decree awarded her custody of the minor daughter of the parties, and directed the husband to pay to her $150 per month for child support and $200 per month as alimony. The final decree of divorce, carrying forward these same provisions, was duly entered on July 9, 1959. On May 22, 1962, appellant participated in Nevada in a ceremony of marriage with one Norwood.
