OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Mindy Picklesimer appeals from an order of the trial court revoking community control sanctions and imposing a sentence of three years of incarceration. She contends that the trial court erred in finding violations of her community control sanctions based upon her failure to pay restitution and her failure to complete chemical dependency treatment.
