Plaintiff brought this suit to recover from defendant upon quantum meruit the reasonable value of services alleged to have been rendered, upon defendant’s request, in making a sale of one of defendant’s threshing machines. It appears from the record that plaintiff in 1909 resided in Greenway, McPherson county, and that he had some experience in the sale of farm machinery. The defendant is a corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of threshing machinery with its home office at Still-water, Minn.
