1Opinion of the Court
Under the provisions of Act No. 185 of 1944, school bus operators who have served satisfactorily in the employ of any parish school board for more than three consecutive years become regular and permanent school bus operators in the employ of the school board of the parish in which they work. In order to acquire tenure under the act it is necessary that each personally operate and drive the school bus he is employed to operate.
