This matter is before the Court pursuant to motions (“Motions”) by Kenneth Kirschenbaum (the “Trustee”) and Rock-stone Capital LLC (“Rockstone”) (collectively, the “Movants”) objecting to the exemptions claimed by Keith Bub (the “Debtor”) in a Dodge Viper (‘Viper”) in the aggregate amount of $15,230.56.
