Ira Odell Miner was indicted on charges of malice murder, felony murder and aggravated assault arising out of the stabbing death of Wesley Moore. Miner was found guilty on all counts and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals and we affirm.

1. A jury was authorized to find that on the morning of August 19, 1995 Miner, Moore and several friends were drinking heavily outside Moore’s home.
