QUESTION: Is there any constitutional prohibition against legislation creating a hardship exemption from ad valorem taxation based on income, wealth, and relative property tax burden?

SUMMARY: Until judicially determined otherwise, legislation creating a hardship exemption from ad valorem taxation, based on income, wealth, and relative property tax burden, would be invalid in violation of ss. 3 and 4, Art.
