This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a decree of the Circuit Court of Pemiscot County, Missouri, in favor of the defendants. The suit is one in equity to perfect title to some sixty acres of land and to set aside a sale of said land in foreclosure of a deed of trust which we shall hereafter refer to as the Sanders mortgage. The appellant, who will be spoken of hereafter as plaintiff, claims title under certain conveyances from the grantor in said deed of trust; and respondents Frank B.
