I agree in the findings and judgments in the cases of Higdon, Morgan, Geffroy, and Reeside. I dissent from nearly all the positions assumed in the opinion just read, and proceed to state the views I entertain in the cases. Nor is there an agreement of a majority of the court as to any of the doctrines hnnounced.
