Reversing.

On February 19, 1930, James Guy, a colored man, purchased from the Interstate Transit, Inc., a ticket for passage over bus lines from Louisville to New Orleans. He left Louisville about 1 p. m. on that date and arrived at Nashville about 8:35 p. m., where he changed to another bus for Birmingham, arriving there about 6 a. m. the following day. On arriving he made inquiry of the agent at the bus station for the bus to New Orleans and it was pointed out to him at another station a short distance away. He went to this bus and exhibited his…
