Stembler v. Wilson

Frankie Wilson filed suit in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County against William F. Stembler to recover commissions due her as a real estate broker in connection with the sale of Stembler’s property located at Linthicum Heights. . The case proceeded to trial on the merits, the jury having found for the plaintiff and assessed damages at $295. The appeal is from the judgment entered on that verdict.
