The D. R. Johnson Lumber Co., P.Ó. Box 66, Riddle, Oregon, is an Oregon corporation. D. R. (Don) Johnson is president, general manager and a director of the corporation, all of the stock of which is owned by his family. The Riddle plant was subjected to a field appraisal by the Department of Revenue on August 17, 1972, on behalf of the county assessor, pursuant to ORS 306.126, to determine the ad valorem tax values as of January 1, 1973.
