This matter is before the court on an objection to the debtor’s claimed exemptions filed by Kirk D. Weih, as executor of the estate of Mary L. Weih, an unsecured creditor. 1 A hearing was held on September 3, 1998, at which the court heard argument from the parties and then took the matter under advisement.
