Appellants Melvin and Ann Spivack, plaintiffs below, appeal from Orders denying their motion to compel dis covery and sustaining the appellees’ preliminary objections, 1 entered July 26, 1989 and February 9, 1990 respectively.

On May 5, 1987, the appellants entered into a contract with appellee Breyer Woods 2 for the sale of a yet to be constructed condominium. The parties closed the deal on January 12, 1988.
