Aquilino, Judge:

This action is a return to court by the plaintiff, praying for award of additional interest on duties recovered by it pursuant to a stipulated judgment on an agreed statement of facts within the meaning of CIT Rule 58.1 and entered on November 8, 1994 in CIT No. 90-10-00533.
