The appellant, R.W., was indicted on two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a violation of § 13A-12-212, Ala.Code 1975. Count I of the indictment charged the appellant with the unlawful possession of hydrocodone; Count II of the indictment charged the appellant with the unlawful possession of testosterone cypionate. The appellant applied for, and was granted, youthful offender status.
