Harvey Brown, Justice. Blake Alan Cotton pleaded guilty to burglary of. a building 1 and received a six-month jail, sentence.. In his single issue, Cotton contends that his counsel failed to file a motion to suppress his statements to the police, that failure constituted ineffective assistance of counsel, and that his plea was involuntary as a result. We affirm.
