This is an appeal from orders of the superior court sustaining respondent’s general demurrer to and dismissing appellant’s petition, upon her refusal to plead further, wherein she seeks to have vacated a decree of divorce, rendered against her in this action, upon the ground of fraud in obtaining the same.
