This suit was brought by appellees to enjoin appellants from changing the boundaries of the Edria independent school district as fixed by the act of the Leg-*507-aslature creating the district and as now constituted.

The petition of plaintiffs the Edna independent school district and its duly elected •and qualified trustees, after alleging the creation of the district by special act of the "Thirty-Ninth legislature, and setting out the "boundaries of the district so created, alleges the organization of the district by the election of trustees as provided in the act of its •creation…
