Nancy Vosburg, the plaintiff, initiated this action by filing a complaint on March 2, 1999. The complaint concerns an automobile accident which occurred on November 22, 1997. In her complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered various injuries as a result of the defendant’s, Kenneth Keysaw’s, negligent operation of an automobile. The matter is scheduled for trial by jury on January 10, 2000.
