Plaintiff-appellee Carol Fischer is pursuing in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York a claim against defendant-appellant, her former employer — whose proper name is the Division of Appeals and Opinions of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York (“OAG”) — alleging discrimination in violation of § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq.
