BETHEA, Judge.
Appellants were convicted of the offense of unlawfully transporting intoxicating liquor, and the punishment of each was assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
The witness, Mrs. Tom Rayburn, testified that she knew the appellants personally; that she was an aunt of the appellant, I. D.
