OPINION

McHUGH, Judge:

1 MT. (Father) appeals from the juvenile court's adjudication order finding that he neglected his children by failing to exercise proper parental care. See generally Utah Code Ann. § 78A-6-105(25)(a)(ii) (2008) (defining neglect to include failure to provide proper parental care). We reverse and remand.
