Plaintiff Dorothy A. Stuzin (hereinafter plaintiff) sustained the injuries forming the basis for this action in a November 8, 1991 collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff’s husband, plaintiff Lester Stuzin, and another vehicle owned by Paul Broer and operated by Lise Broer.
