PHILLIPS, Justice.

This case is before us on an appeal from a summary judgment granted by the trial court.

The suit was originally filed by the plaintiffs below, and the appellants here, who are some of the former employees of Texas Broadcasting Corporation, in Hi-dalgo County, Texas. Their suit was to recover certain profit sharing funds that they allege had accrued to them during their employment with the appellee, Texas Broadcasting Corporation.
