¶ 1. This case reaches this Court on appeal from the Circuit Court of Forrest County. Edwards petitioned the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission for benefits after he suffered an alleged on-the-job injury. The administrative law judge denied the claim based on the employer’s defense of intoxication. Edwards appealed to the Full Commission which affirmed the administrative law judge’s decision.
